While one of my favorite characters from Whatever Happened To Robot Jones is Stacey, her character is quite complicated sense she appeared in only two episodes. So, here's how she needs a bit more fixing to do.
Have Her Appear In Season 1: What kind of irks me is that a new character randomly shows up in a new season without any announcement of said characters. Which is what happened with Stacey as she appeared in the first episode of season 2 without anyone mentioning her in season one, not even a cameo. I'm just saying before she's even shipped with someone, have her be introduced in the first season that way we get to know her a bit more.
Make Her Be Mentioned In A Couple Episodes: Stacey just kind of suddenly shows up in one episode, doesn't appear nor mentioned in 7 (Except for a cameo in Garage Band) episodes, suddenly shows up in House Party & vanished without a mentioned in later episodes.
Keep Her Name As Stacey Instead Of Connie: In House Party, both Socks & Shannon referred to her as Connie instead of Stacey. Her name being Connie in House Party, which I noticed in certain fan works for Robot Jones, her name is still Stacey instead of Connie, which I could only assume would make it Fanon Discontinuity.
Make Her Be Nicer In House Party: As I mentioned before, Stacey's one of my favorite characters in Robot Jones, but I hated her in House Party as she's more nicer then Pam was in Gender, now in this episode, she acted kind of like a snob for some reason. If you watch again, she threw Robot's invite in the hallway instead of keeping it like the others did and said "We'll See" in a snooty type voice. Maybe have her personality be more nicer in the same episode that way she can still be more likeable.
Have Her Say More Lines: I know the reason why Stacey didn't talk much in the show is maybe because Mae Whitman was voicing Katara in Avatar The Last Airbender while it was still in development when RJ was still in it's prime, but it'll be nice if she talked more in the series.

I think all your ideas sound good as I think that they should've given Stacy more of a prominent role.
